This feature streamlines financial processes by automating data exchange between LoadMaster, PowerBroker, and QuickBooks Online. Users can manage invoices, payment receipts, and cash balances seamlessly across platforms, reducing manual work, and improving financial accuracy

2. Advanced Commission Calculation 

PowerBroker now features an advanced commission calculation and payment system that offers flexible margin definitions and the ability to analyze or exclude accessorial charges.

3. DocumentPower Web Based Access 

Key applications such as Imaging Retrieval Client, Imaging Workflow Client, Rendition Billing, Imaging Services, Access Administration, Register Administration, Billing and Settlements Workflow, Mobile Image Capture, Short Haul, and AP Workflow have all  transitioned to a web-based user interface.

4. Customer Service Optimizations

The update introduces better visibility for late loads with new tools like the “Tracking Late” Badge task filters, helping customer service teams proactively manage delays, and prevent escalation.

5. AI-Driven Order Entry 

The new “Email to Order” API allows businesses to automate order creation by transforming electronically sent data into system entries. This automation reduces manual input time, improves accuracy, and simplifies the order management process.
