Blue Saffron has appointed Suhail Mirza as a Strategic Advisory Board Member.

Blue Saffron, the managed IT services company, today announced that it has appointed Suhail Mirza as a Strategic Advisory Board Member.

Blue Saffron has established the Strategic Advisory Board to address the productivity challenges currently facing mid-market enterprises, which are undergoing significant changes in their working practises. Mirza is a well-respected recruitment sector professional with a mission to support the industry through effective use of a range of new technologies and managed services.

Based in London, UK, Mirza is a former practicing solicitor, a business owner and successful author who specialises in helping investor backed businesses in the healthcare, recruitment and support services sectors achieve rapid growth and market share.

Mirza says;

“Recruitment consultancies must not only be a great place to work, they must differentiate themselves through their unique cultures and modern working practices. Technology has a fundamental role to play in their success. I think any recruitment business would be myopic not to look at outsourcing at least part of their technology to a valued and trusted partner such as Blue Saffron, which understands their business model and wider trends. They absolutely need technology to drive their strategic vision and add value by helping their recruiters make decisions swiftly and make candidates respond to adverts more quickly. I am looking forward to working with Blue Saffron to help the recruitment sector become more productive.”

Neal Robinson, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Blue Saffron says;

“Mirza’s senior level leadership experience will be a huge asset to Blue Saffron, and we’re thrilled to have him strengthen our Strategic Advisory Board. We anticipate significant future growth as companies across all sectors increase their managed IT services requirements, but particularly in the Recruitment sector which has traditionally always been a people-oriented business.”

Ronnie Lewis, Co-Founder and Sales Lead, Blue Saffron, added;

“The Recruitment sector stands to benefit significantly from the technology that’s been developed over the years, to serve the aspirations of a new workforce with new working patterns.  Mirza’s deep understanding of both the opportunities and challenges facing this sector will enable Blue Saffron to demonstrate how using IT can improve productivity to allow companies to compete more successfully.”
