Frost & Sullivan names Webfleet European Fleet Telematics Company of the Year 2025

Frost & Sullivan has recognised Webfleet, Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management solution, as the European Commercial Fleet Telematics Company of the Year 2025.

Following an extensive analysis of the telematics market, the global research and consulting firm presented the award to Webfleet in recognition of its formidable performance in innovation, business growth and customer care.

It’s the third time in the last five years that Webfleet has won this award, underlining its leading position in the industry.

As the panel of international experts acknowledged, Webfleet has held this position by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to tackle the evolving challenges businesses face, with the integration of tyre sensors, dashcams, AI and IoT.

The jury also highlighted the powerful impact Webfleet, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024, has made on the mobility space over the last two and a half decades.

Beginning life as one of the world’s first web-based fleet management solutions in 1999, it grew to become a market leader in the sector, developing smart solutions that helped fleets thrive in a period of massive technological change.

Frost & Sullivan specifically cited Webfleet’s focus on partner expansion, its leadership in sustainability and EV solutions and its strategic innovation in artificial intelligence (AI). Current initiatives and offerings include Webfleet’s growing OEM.connect partner programme with leading trailer manufacturers, the newly launched EV Servicses Platform that accelerates the global shift to electric mobility and the Webfleet AI Assistant, which generates quick, data-driven fleet insights based on simple prompts typed by the fleet manager.

Commenting on the award Mugundhan Deenadayalan, Research Manager at Frost & Sullivan, said: “To drive its next growth phase, Webfleet is leveraging two major trends: electric vehicles (EVs) and artificial intelligence (AI).

“Both fields are poised to significantly impact fleet management and telematics, pushing efficiency and sustainability forward. By embracing EVs and AI, Webfleet will bring innovative solutions to fleets and secure its market leadership position in Europe and across the globe.”

Jan-Maarten de Vries, President Fleet Management Solutions at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions said: “We are proud to be recognised with the prestigious Frost & Sullivan award once again, underlining our commitment to continuous innovation and development.

“This achievement is made possible by our employees, partners and customers, all of whom drive us forward every day to deliver the best data-driven solutions for fleets and shape a smarter, more sustainable future of mobility.”

Each year, Frost & Sullivan reserves the Company of the Year Award for companies at the forefront of innovation and growth in their respective industries.

The award is its top honour and recognises the market participant that exemplifies visionary innovation, market-leading performance and unmatched customer care.
